Hot water heater busted on a Saturday evening, John was extremely helpful. Took time on a Sunday to look at the issue and had everything fixed and working early Monday. Prompt, professional, and very reasonable in costs. Definitely recommend!
John does fantastic work. He came out late one Friday to repair a huge leak in an outdoor faucet. He was careful when removing part of the exterior wall, installed a new faucet, and even returned the next day to repair the bricks.
We have used Advance Plumbing in the past and have been very happy with them, so when we woke to a flooded house during the freeze (02/16), we called the Emergency Service number. John answered the phone immediately. Even though the roads were still covered in snow and ice, John was at our house in Arlinton in about 2 hours. Working in bitterly cold weather, he quickly found and repaired the broken pipe and restored water to the house. John is very polite, professional and he does truly care about his customers. We will continue to use John and Advanced Plumbing Services for all of our plumbing needs.
We had an intermittent leak. Two other plumbing companies attempted to fix it, but couldn't. John with Advanced Plumbing Services fixed it the same day! So thankful! I followed John and he explained as he was troubleshooting. Highly skilled and professional.
John is a true and honest gentleman and thorough tradesman who took the time to ensure EVERYTHING was done right and by the book (code). And then he cleans to the point you'd swear he had never been there. Happy to now know I now have a bloody good plumber and a friend!

Mr. John, Advanced Plumbing has come out to my house a couple of times. This last time, both pilot lights on my hot water heaters went out at the same time, so we had no hot water. My wife had just had a procedure so she was not able take baths, but she also needed to keep the surgical areas clean by showering. Mr. John was booked, but made time to come out for my family and I. Mr John arrived before 7am, which was earlier than what he said. I answered the door, the first thing out of Mr. John's mouth was, "How's your wife"? Wow!!! You don't get that from everyone. After opening the units, Mr. John was able to diagnose the problem and repair both units. Everything about Advance Plumbing on both occasions has been nothing but friendly, professional and very comforting because Mr John, Advanced Plumbing, makes you feel this way during stressful times. He's the best at what he does and I would not hesitate to call him again for my plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs his services.
